Spooktacular Halloween Card Class

Make four spooktacular Halloween cards with our favorite Halloween images from the past. Your images will be stamped on Northwoods Watercolor Paper and you will color your images with Tombow markers and a wet paint brush. You will mount your images on specialty papers including black glitter paper from Best Creations. The final step will be to glitter your images with Northwoods Spooky Harvest Glitter Set.
